Established in 1999, Combuilder Pte Ltd is a strategic IT Builder with that focused on developing flight simulations systems for military level flight training. Working alongside defence and technology giants like Singapore Technologies and MINDEF, the company grew from strength to strength, evolving technical expertise and project management in real-time systems and large scale mission critical.

Combuilder continued to diversify its portfolio beyond defence markets, becoming a market leader in Township Management for town councils in Singapore, where the company’s footprint of stellar “IT-in-FM” products began to be deployed in a broad segment of Singapore’s estates, and later, the country’s mass rapid train systems.

The Company began to take a serious step in regional expansion with offices in China in 2006, working closely with the Beijing Metro Network Administration, replicating its successes in Singapore in managing a national metro station.

Combuilder continues to strengthen its presence in China while expanding its footprint across Southeast Asian markets to grow its competencies in next-generation automation and management, training and simulation models across the region.
