Job Description

As a Developer Support Engineer, you will work with the platform products. Our platform aims to offer an AI/ML and NLP based solution with a goal to have the highest accuracy in the market as of today. This gives you the chance to constantly learn while using your knowledge to help our customers have a superior experience in terms of quality and impact.

This is a very dynamic role where you will be providing escalation support, interface with engineering on product defects and bugs, contribute to ongoing projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management, self service initiatives and more.

What you’ll do
  • Taking ownership and managing the workflow of customer complaints and issues
  • Working closely with platform teams, customer support and customers to achieve resolution with maximum customer satisfaction
  • Bridge the communication between Singapore, Vietnam and Ukraine based teams
  • Analyze trends and customer needs to improve product and processes
  • Be extremely customer centric and strive to improve experience continuously
  • Design and build tools to improve the support experience for our operators

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
  • 3+ year of experience in software development
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: React.js /Node.js
  • Excellent communication skills in English, particularly written communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
  • Able to demonstrate servant leadership mindset
  • Organized and Transparent in tasks
  • Experience in Agile methodologies

Bonus qualifications
  • Have worked on personal projects related to NLP/ML/AI
  • Have Finance or Accounting domain knowledge
  • Have made any Community contributions
