Job Description

1. Develop large scale software systems providing SOTA machine learning technology for products in ByteDance

2. Optimize the performance of large scale machine systems with high throughput and high reliability

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

2. Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages

3. Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking, storage

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in machine learning/deep learning

2. Experience in a recommendation system or information retrieval system

3. Experience in developing large scale software systems

4. Winners of algorithm competitions such as ACM
