Job Description

Lead the customer and problem discovery for new products, while managing stakeholders from the Commercial and Engineering teams
Articulate clear product requirements, and achieve alignment between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams
Prioritise and chart out product roadmap, based on business priorities, customer impact and technical feasibility
Plan product launches and go-to market strategies for new product roll-outs
Establish deep understanding of platform and technology as a Product Manager to create scalable & flexible solutions
Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to make product development and shipping more effective
Conduct market research from internal and external sources to identify and solve customer experience gaps

Requirement :

3-5 years working experience in product management
Prior working experience in e-commerce marketplaces or e-commerce enablers preferred
Ability to plan ahead and plot out product features & user journeys in detail
A clear communicator of product decisions and their rationale
Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation
Experience with project management and coordination
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
Able to and interested in working in a startup environment; entrepreneurial, willing to hustle
