Job Description

This is what you’ll do

The company is looking for Lead Engineer / Senior Software Engineer that has a strong interest on working with customer experiences online platform (e-commerce website and apps).

Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements.
Perform technical tasks to develop/enhance/improve software applications according to functional and technical specifications.
Responsible for design, programming, debugging, testing, modifications, deployment, operations and maintenance of the applications.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team; delegating tasks and achieving weekly / monthly goals
Collaborate with cross departments to understand operational needs, create solutions, identify opportunities and suggest recommendations for system improvement.
Execute integration, system and user acceptance testing and provide training / re-training for users.
Provide professional technical support to the developed software program during the maintenance phase of the applications.
Ensure that the developed modules/deliverables meet user expectation, quality standards and within schedule.
Effectively documenting issues and providing regular status and progress towards project milestones.

Our Dream Candidate

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in frontend and/or backend technologies.
Experience in web technologies and ecommerce, ReactJS and NodeJS.
Experience in handling project management and good stakeholder management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to transmit information in a clear and unambiguous way.
Problem-solving skills with high level of initiative.
A team-player who takes ownership.
