Job Description

1. Scope business requirements, build and present Salesforce solutions to clients
2. Teaching Salesforce technology to internal team and clients
3. Specific areas of concentration include:
  • Develop clearly articulated requirements for each customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of SalesForce’s capabilities and limitations
  • Lead workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations
4. Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business processes into technical process components
5. Perform business process modeling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming
6. Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution
7. Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes in SalesForce
8. Strong presenter to C Suite level audiences as well as technical teams
9. Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning
10. Effectively leverage multiple implementation team types (User experience, Change Management, Global Development Centers, Developer Communities)
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
1. B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
2. Brings 5+ years Solution Analyst or Systems Consultant experience with packaged software or custom development implementations
3. Experience with Salesforce configuration preferred
4. Salesforce related certificates
5. Strong presentation and communication skills

2. Organizational skills and ability to keep the project on schedule
3. Technical acumen to convert plans into viable solutions
4. Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
