Responsibilities

Operations Business Supports

Effectively evaluate end user’s need and business processes. Translate, communicate, and document the requirements
Map operations business requirements, processes and objectives; develops & propose necessary product modifications to PSG
Identify gaps, issues and areas of improvement in current process, such as SAP material, BOM, transactional, and provide work around solutions

Industry 4.0 Supports

Play a key role in the I4.0 Project Team. As a Project Manager responsible for I.40 Projects such as Paperless, Reports & Dashboard Designs
Work with business users, vendors in implementing projects for the manufacturing operations.
Defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business.
Facilitate and support of SAP PP/MM for the I4.0 implementation
SAP integration with 3rd-party solutions.
Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems
Identify opportunities for use of data analytics tools, automation, machine learning, industry 4.0 techniques to increase work effectiveness and efficiency

Others

Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirement.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
Understanding and knowledge on Manufacturing process is necessary
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same
Experience in Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support of SAP PP functions.
Strong project management skills
Expert, hands-on configuration and development knowledge of the PP,MM modules and other supply chain functions and dependencies in SAP
Excellent communications skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder interests
