Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment & development of Solution Business Partnerships
  • Focus on selling complex product & technology solution with resources & expertise on services delivery
  • Collaborate & work with Regional and World Wide teams
  • Trusted Advisor to Lenovo Solution Business Partner &, End Users
  • Inspire & facilitate business partners to thrive through outcome-oriented interaction s& collaboration
  • Provide a single point of accountability, leverage the delivery & solution for Lenovo Business Groups of PC & Smart Device, Infrastructure Solution & Solution & Services
  • Develop, implement & manage Lenovo Solution Business Partner program

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of Account Management/Client Servicing or Presales experience in Partner/Principal role, with a consultative selling approach
  • Possess strong knowledge of cloud computing, application migration, cybersecurity, virtualization, converged infrastructure, On-Prem, Hosted Software concept & IT operating models.
  • Experience in solution & managed services selling (e.g. SaaS models)
  • Knowledge of Lenovo, reseller/partner community & competitive knowledge of service offerings & technologies
  • General overview of technical specifications for software toolsets
  • Effective communication, time management & problem solving
