Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support all IT related matters in the hosted data center (DC) for UC applications
- Provide pre & post in IT sales support & setup
- Maintain existing system & software application in hosted DC
- Any ad hoc-duties assigned
Requirements
- Experience in IT Solutions Provider companies
- Specialised skills in Network and IT Application
- Manage/maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure and equipment
- Window server, workstations setup, and maintenance
- Understanding and Experience in virtualization, VoIP & VLAN is an added advantage
- Basic understanding with some or all of the following is desired: web programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, PHP, Python), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), web applications (MediaWiki, WordPress), and cloud services (AWS).
- Good programming knowledge in .net will be advantageous
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Able to correspond a dynamic and fast-paced environment
