What will your role be:
- Understand the essential requirements of audio social services, design and build a data warehouse that meets the characteristics of business development;
- Carry out researches on audio social business, build the business process system and data-driven applications;
- Participate in data warehouse model design and ETL development, ensure data quality, and solve business problems;
- Develop and promote data dictionaries, and establish a complete metadata management specification and index system;
- Sort out the company's data assets, and optimize the value of data services in combination with business scenarios;
- Summarize and accumulate the methodology of data warehouse construction, and work with various business teams to support applications through the support of data tools and processes;
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, solid basic knowledge of data structure and database principles;
- More than 2 years of big data development (offline or real-time) related experience, master data warehouse system architecture, modeling methods, and data governance methodologies;
- Master the big data technology stack, have strong Java/SQL/ETL development capabilities, including Hadoop/Hive/Kafka/Flink, etc.;
- Full of enthusiasm for data value exploration, have strong business understanding and abstraction ability, be able to quickly locate and understand problems and find executable solutions;
- Good at analytical thinking, have good communication skills and problem-solving skills;
