Responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy of roadmap of Consumer Value Added Service with a dual aim of increasing revenue/EBITDA as well as customer engagement
  • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Work with designers and researchers to validate hypotheses and test user experiences before they’re built
  • Commission market and competitor research when needed
  • Work with Business Owner to develop business cases (1-pager) for investments and gain internal approval
  • Write detail Product Requirements to be consumed by the Engineering Team for execution
  • Conduct Spec Review within the product management team
  • Work with Engineering team to execute product/feature delivery via an Agile planning/execute/review process
  • Work with Country Product Manager/Product Marketing to develop Go-To-Market plans and work together to deliver against them
  • Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships when needed
  • Be the recognized expert in the business, the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.
  • Monitor, report and improve product performance
  • Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms
  • Develop and deliver training to Customer Service Team
  • Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally
  • Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders
  • Deliver a regular (e.g. monthly) volume, revenue and profit forecasts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree / Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of Product Management experience working with consumer facing web, mobile web and mobile applications
  • Have worked directly with engineering teams to drive agile development cycles
  • Strong track record of delivering impactful products and features
  • P&L responsibility
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies
  • Experience identifying business needs, defining, and building technical solutions to address business requirements in a startup environment
  • Ability to pull data from various sources and provide insights on that data
