- Bridge the gap between the Sales person and the technical demands of the prospect
- Translate the use cases and requirements of the customer into both understandable deliverables for the sales rep, and technical deliverables for supporting professional services
- Educate the customer on the capabilities and limitations of the product and integration with their systems.
- Understand the business of the prospects to support discussions on typical compliance concerns, technical challenges and possible solutions.
- Provide insight on competitive solutions and differentiate between them
- Offer guidance on best practices based on industry standards and existing customer base
