We are part of Client Technology (CTG) team within the Intelligent Enterprise Client Services team. Our vision is to deliver the best-in-class employee workplace and collaboration experience, enriched by work-class support services and cloud solutions to boost SAP employee’s productivity.

Services within our Organization
  • End User-centric services:
    • 1st level Support for all infrastructure & Applications by using future-oriented support channels & concepts like chat support, bots, etc
    • 2nd level local Support for end-users, Events, Office Build Outs, End User Training, SAP’s Business Units (LoB) Consulting and Central services
    • Provide inspiring training material (e.g. live sessions, videos, blog etc) uses cases and how to guidelines for new products to let SAP’s workforce run better
  • Central Services:
    • Delivery digital workplace, Office 365 Cloud Services and Virtualization services in in a highly secure way to enable our users to boost productivity
    • Driving Core technologies like Active Directory and E-Mail, but also Contact Center Solutions, Teams telephony, Broadcast Technologies to support our users with state-of-the-art collaboration tools

  • Delivers communication and collaboration solutions (E-Mail, Network technologies, Unified Communication services and more) and enables SAP employees with state-of-the-art technologies and services while maintaining rock solid operations
Summary & Role Information

The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management.

Experience Managing High-availability Systems In a Technically Complex Environment And The Ability To Perform Under Pressure Are Valued Assets, In Addition To

  • Work together with a team of technical experts to ensure ongoing stability and ensure rock solid operations of Unified Communication Services including Microsoft Teams telephony, Contact Center Solutions and related services.
  • Work closely with our Managed Service Providers and Vendors to ensure services meet security requirements
  • Investigate new technologies and participate in evaluation and certification of communication devices.
  • Consult and work with our support teams and service providers to implement new communication and collaboration technologies and further improve them
  • Work closely with cross-functional and stakeholders in incident management
  • Drive cadence meeting with IT stakeholders to update on project status, track issues, ensure follow-up and closure for any action items identified
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing large enterprise IT infrastructure in the area of conferencing and collaboration
  • Good planning, structured approach, well-organized, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
  • Positive attitude, sociable, a team player who is service oriented
  • Ability to work without supervision and being capable of taking the lead if needed
  • Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to present information in a concise and effective manner
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Voice Technology (VoIP) and international voice is a plus
  • Knowledge of IP networking and VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, HTTP(S), WebRTC is a plus
  • Candidates with proven track record in Microsoft 365 such as Intune, Teams Administrators will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing a small team of 2-5 members is a plus
  • Exposure to Agile & ITIL framework is a plus
