Job Description

1. Responsible for developing end-to-end machine learning solutions for SHEIN’s e-commerce core product in one of the following areas - search, recommendation or anti-fraud.
2. Identify and prevent various fraudulent activities across our different markets through building and improving fraud detection models with state-of-the-art techniques.
3. Work on the development and iteration of SHEIN’s specific scenario search/recommendation algorithm, including recall,  precise ranking, and re-ranking, etc., to improve user experience and conversion efficiency.
4. Conduct cutting-edge research in deep learning, graph unsupervised learning and distributed machine learning system and apply the technology to different business scenarios.
5. Understand business requirements, analyse user behaviour data, and formulate corresponding search/recommendation/anti-fraud strategies.
6. Communicate with relevant engineering and product teams to assess and implement technical solutions. 

Job Requirements:
1. MS or PhD in Computer Science or other related technical discipline.
2. No prior working experience is required
3. Proficient in at least one or more of the programming languages, such as C++, Python.
4. Passionate about computer science and information technology, particularly in the areas of AI algorithms and products.
5. Familiar with one or more of the following technologies - machine learning, NLP, data mining, search, recommendation, anti-fraud.
6. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and keen to solve challenging problems.
7. Preferred: Experience in recommender systems, advertising, search engine.
8. Fluency in Chinese is preferred to liaise with business partners in China
