Job Description

  • Responsible for the capacity, stability, availability and serviceability of Shopee application networks and their maintenance.
  • Design and develop IDC network management platforms, including network quality detection system, network traffic analysis system, network traffic prediction system and etc.
  • Design and develop network monitoring systems for massive Linux servers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Networking or related fields.
  • Strong logical thinking ability and passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Golang, Python.
  • Familiar with IDC network and typical network topologies.
  • Understand Linux networking and TCP/IP Stack.

Skills Below Are Optional But Preferable

  • Experiences in the design and development of large-scale software systems and platforms.
  • Experiences in SD-WAN.
  • Experiences in eBPF.
  • Contribution to open-source projects.
  • Presented in public technical meetings like LinuxCon, KubeCon, Open Networking Summit,etc.
