NodeFlair's Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) belong to NodeFlair registered under the name of NodeFlair Pte Ltd. (“NodeFlair”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, ‘“our”, or “Owner”), a Company registered in Singapore with its business address at Block 71, #07-22 Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore 139951.

This Agreement governs your acquisition and use of our services. By using NodeFlair’s products (“Services”) you agree to the following Terms, and any privacy policies and guidelines that may be presented to you from time to time.

Acceptance of NodeFlair’s Terms

  • Your access to our Services is subject to these Terms. NodeFlair reserves the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice or acceptance by you although if we decide to materially change all or part of the Terms we will, where reasonably possible, try to give you advance reasonable notice at your email address on record.
  • Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy available here, which explains how you treat personal information and provides information about our data protection practices.
  • By making use of our Services , you signify your acceptance of these Terms in effect at the term of your use.

Third-Party Services

From time to time, we may provide you with links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. Your use of our Services may also include the use of applications that are developed or owned by a third party. Your use of such third party applications, websites, and services is governed by that party's own terms of service or privacy policies. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third party application, website or service that you visit or use.


For the purposes of these Terms of Services, the terms shall have these meanings assigned to them.

  • “Candidate” refers to an individual that submits their profile.
  • “Client” refers to any company, firm or organization, that requires or requests the introduction of personnel for employment.

Creating Accounts

When creating an account as a Candidate, you agree to provide us information including but not limited to: your first and last name, location, phone number, e-mail and mailing address, professional title, company name, curriculum vitae.

When creating an account as a Client, we may ask you for information related to your company and the types of Candidates you are looking for. Moreover, you agree to provide us with any other identifying documents we may request. We will then review the information that you provide us during the registration process and any other information that is publicly available. If you identify or suspect any service security violations, please let us know as soon as possible.
